Our genuine diamond nose studs are pretty special and so is this 9ct yellow gold straight bar style version. The tiny 0.015ct diamond measures just 0.2cm by 0.2cm and is prong-set onto an 8mm long straight pin. This is a 23Gauge or 0.64mm stud and will arrive in our cute craft style gift box.
